Head To Toe Family Care will provide care for the entire family, using the feel and model you encountered during the prenatal care of you and your child at The Birth Center.
Saralynn Haralson, Family Nurse Practitioner, will be leading the clinic in the exciting joint venture with The Birth Center.
We will begin seeing infants for Well Child Checks at the 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12 month check-ups. A 30 minute educational group will be provided every other Wednesday, prior to clinic visits.
Additional open clinic hours for the rest of the family will follow once the need has been established.
